The complex has 2 beautifully maintained pools – one of which is only a few steps away making this unit incredibly desirable for families or anyone who loves to swim. In addition to the pools, there are tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a toddler playground all within the complex for the exclusive use of Beachwood Villa guests. The grounds are beautiful!

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone – adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is directly across the street.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.

There are also lots of things to do with your kids – several shops and restaurants are a quick walk, and the Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away.
