The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the additional bedroom provides two twin beds (and they are extra-long!). There is also a rollaway bed in the closet of the twin room in case you need room for one more!

The fully equipped kitchen provides a convenient space for a home-cooked meal…or you can just hit the awesome local restaurants (many of which are only a short walk). The living area is equipped with a new flat screen TV as well as upgraded decor. The living room couch is a queen size sleeper sofa with tempurpedic mattress providing room for two more. Access to the townhouse is easy and there are no elevators to navigate – just down the steps and off to the beach or the pool!

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone – adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous and visible from this unit! Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. This condo is located across the street from a few quaint shops and restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A is available right from the garage of this unit and it provides a beautiful view of the area, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.

If you want to head East on 30A, you can enjoy the beaches and shopping in Seacrest and Rosemary. There are many great golf courses nearby as well!

There are also lots of things to do with your kids – Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away.
