Making History

This home is new to rental!! It has just been completely refurnished with all brand-new furniture and bedding!! Making History offers 2 king suites, a queen bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the Living Room. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom, living room, and to a kids’ play area right off the living room (and we provided an HDMI cable so your kids can bring your game systems if they need a break from the sun!)

As you walk up the front steps, you enter a great, screened-in, wrap-around front porch. Entering the home, you’ll find a fantastic open floor plan with a living area, dining area, open kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 3. Small kids room located off the living area with a flat screen, DVD player, and HDMI cables for a game system if you want to bring one. Through the hallway, you’ll see a laundry room and then through to the downstairs master bedroom. Master bath has a separate tub (with jets) and shower.

Head upstairs to find the other 2 bedrooms! Second master has a large walk-in closet and private bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.

Making History is pet friendly for small dogs 20 pounds or less and $50 pet fee applies.

Grove by the Sea is a quaint neighborhood in the heart of Seagrove. Grove by the Sea provides two neighborhood pools – one is very near this home and shown in the photos. There’s also a tennis court near the home for neighborhood use. The beach is less than a mile from this home, and it’s a deeded access (meaning smaller crowds because only people staying in this neighborhood and nearby homes can use it). Seaside is a mile to the East and an easy bike ride.
