This Townhome is decorated with travertine tile, hardwood floors, cultured marble bath, upgraded stainless steel appliances, private garage, private interior elevator, wireless internet, two community pools shared with only 5 other units and access to the Legacy Community private boardwalk.

The garage and second bedroom are located on the first floor.

The living room, with pull-out sofa, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, full bath and balcony are located on the second floor.
