Set along the Emerald Coast, ‘Casa Del Sol’ is located along beautiful 30A. Six miles east of Seaside and right next to Rosemary Beach. This home is in the beautiful gated community of Sunset Beach (which is directly across 30A from Seacrest Beach). There are only 32 homes in this beachfront community, located on the Gulf side of 30A.
Stroll down the palm tree lined cobblestone path, a three minute walk to the beachside pool and to the gorgeous white sand beach. Along the path you will notice the well manicured gardens and lawns of the other Sunset Beach homes.
The first floor of this home was just redecorated and looks great! The living room and master have all new furniture just in time for the 2015 rental season. This beautifully decorated, comfortable two-story home sleeps 8 – a king bed in the master bedroom on the first level, a queen bed in bedroom #2 on the second level and a twin\full bunk bed and a second full bed in bedroom #3 also on the second level (room enough for five children to sleep in beds!)
Each bedroom has its own full-sized bathroom featuring Travertine tile floors and shower (master bath also functions as hall bath for the lower level). The master bedroom has french doors which open onto a courtyard patio, with a table\chairs and gardens overflowing with flowers. The guest bedroom opens onto a covered porch with chairs to sit and enjoy your beautiful surroundings.
The first floor, which has nine-foot ceilings, features Travertine tile floors, while the upstairs level has hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped – stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Each bedroom and den have a TV/DVD, and the den has a gas log fireplace. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home also. High speed, wireless, internet is available.
Stroll over to Rosemary Beach to enjoy restaurants, unique shops, an outdoor courtyard wine bar, Day Spa, weekend art festivals, and ‘The Sugar Shak’ – to get candy, soda’s, and ice cream. Great place for the young and young at heart…

Home was located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, we could walk to either area. We took the kids to Alys in the mornings to the Fonneville Express for our coffee and then to the Truck were they have freshly made donuts! Don't miss the Caliza Pool and Restaraunt, make reservations. At Rosemary, great shops, restaurants, check out their web page for events, a lot of free events for kids and adults. Home was nicely decorated and clean, on the beach side, short walk to the beach. Don't miss taking the kids out at night to see the "Ghost" Crabs run on the beach. Bring a flashlight!

There were three generations of us, seven in total, but with a spacious first floor master and two upstairs bedrooms we never felt crowded. We especially liked the downstairs patio and upstairs porch areas. Sunset Beach is a gated community located on the Gulf side of 30A. The white sand beach and the community of Rosemary Beach with its shops and amenities of every description were just a short walk from our door. We were never at a loss for things to do! The owner was wonderful to deal with and made it very easy for us to book our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable time at the beach, especially families with children since there's so much to do without needing to drive somewhere.

Matt N. said: This is our second consecutive year staying at Casa Del Sol - it is a beautifully decorated, comfortable home in an ideal location (close to the beach, pool, and walking distance to great shops and restaurants). Last year, we went as 3 adult couples (plus our dog) and the house was perfectly comfortable for all of us. This year, it was one couple and an infant (and the dog) and the house was perfectly comfortable for all of us.
We honestly couldn't be happier with our selection here and look forward to making it 3 in a row in 2016!

Being pet friendly, we were able to have our miniature schnauzer with us to walk both ways as well as down to the beach. Wonderfully comfy house with all you need to feel at "home away". Especially noted the cleanliness. Good job, housekeeping! And the property manager, Winn, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. All the pieces that make a stay special.
