This roomy 3 bedroom unit is on the second floor, and has a balcony that overlooks one of two pools on the spacious & nicely landscaped Beachwood Villas property. Cable TV and wireless internet is provided (2 TV’s). One of the pools in the complex is heated seasonally and this property also features tennis courts & shuffleboard.

If you need a break from your beach activities, then hop on a bike and ride on the safe, established bike paths to Seaside or any of the other quaint beach communities located along Scenic Highway 30A. Bike rental is located nearby. Plus, if you are a golfer, several nice courses are located a short drive away.

Beachwood Villas is also located across the street from a public beach access that makes getting to our soft, white sand beaches, an easy & quick walk for you and your family.

Choose from many restaurants, pizza & sandwich shoppe’s or carryout foods which are located within several minutes’ drive or a short walk from the condo, as well as a fuel/convenience mart located right next door. A Publix grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. If rain interrupts your day, drive to the Silver Sand Outlet stores about 20 minutes west towards Destin for some “bargain shopping”.
